David “Chief”
Gilchrist, President
“Chief” Gilchrist has over 22 years experience in government programs,
personnel, contracts and logistics management. During his tenure in the U.S.
Navy, Mr. Gilchrist managed supply and warehousing for aviation materials,
developed and managed an aviation tool control program and maintained an Individual
Material Readiness Listing (IMRL) Mr. Gilchrist was also an U.S. Government
certified purchasing agent for over seven years. With well over 15 years experience
in GSA purchasing and a variety of other government contracts, he has also
managed hazardous material/hazardous waste programs in relation to Florida
EPA requirements. During his last active duty assignment, Chief Gilchrist provided
oversight for the instruction, supervision, and evaluation of well over 200
active duty personnel. Retired as a Service Connected-Disabled Veteran, Gilchrist
saw action while on active duty in Desert Shield, Desert Storm and Bosnia.
Rusty Palmer, Executive Vice President
Sales
Mr. Palmer has over 25 years experience
in sales and program management in the federal marketplace. During
this timeframe, Mr. Palmer established numerous contacts with both
Government employees as well as those in the private sector serving
the Government market. Prior to founding Four Points Technology
he served as the Vice President of Government Sales for Beyond.com
Corporation. During his tenure at Beyond.com Mr. Palmer was directly
responsible for managing the Government Systems Group sales growth
from $5mm to $55 mm over a period of 3 years. Mr. Palmer also was
instrumental in the negotiation and implementation of several large
Government/Agency Wide Enterprise Contracts, including the company’s
GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. Palmer is a veteran of the
U.S. Air Force and is active with the National MS Society-Maryland
Chapter.
