Mindy Palmer has an extensive track record in Federal contracting and procurement. Her focus is on the preparation of bids and proposals that carefully address the needs of Four Points Technology’s customers. Her background in Information Technology includes hands-on instruction, detailed technical writing, program management, sales, and marketing.

Mindy’s experience is crucial to her ability to understand customer needs and provide highly responsive service. Prior to joining Four Points Technology, Mindy served as the Vice President of Civilian Sales at Apptis, (a large systems integrator), where she managed over $500M in revenue associated with Federal contracts with the Department of Treasury, Customs and Border Protection, Department of Agriculture, and Veterans Administration.
